In our final instalment on our Corporate Values, we turn our attention to “Excellence in all we do”. Last in our series but certainly not last in importance, here are some ways we
strive for Excellence at Capitally:
- Daily operations team “scrum” calls in the morning to minimize opportunity for error and missed payments
- Pursuing accurate communication, whether in our newsletter data sources or in our communications to clients about their account transactions
- Using the best available (multiple) data sources for assessing customer credit
- Investing team member hours on topics such as database improvement, AI, strategic initiatives, Standard Operating Procedure documentation and so on
- Cross-training of staff as well as a “buddy system” approach to onboarding new team members
- Pursuing the best available team member training to ensure not only competence but deep understanding of both systems and bodies of knowledge related to Capitally’s operations
- Extensive once-a-month team meetings to go over results, discuss industry trends, and learn as a team
