Paul W. Pittman

Paul is the CEO and founder of The Human Well, a boutique consulting practice providing governance, executive pay and business transformation advice to owners, boards and the executive management of private and public companies. 

Before founding his consulting practice, his career involved executive positions with Alcan, Massey-Ferguson, Laidlaw, Deloitte and RJR Nabisco working around the world where he successfully led HR teams in projects such as merging the workforces in several major global acquisitions, a $15 billion IPO and other business transformations working closely with CEOs and Boards.

He is located in Ontario and has worked worldwide and lived in the UK, Canada and Switzerland. He is an accountant and serves on several private company boards

Larry D. Taylor, CPA, CMC

Larry is an experienced Board Chair and Board Member for several TSX and Nasdaq publicly traded and private companies. Larry has experience as Board Chair and Chair of all Board Committees including Audit & Risk, Compensation, Governance, Restructuring and Special Committee. Larry is an experienced former CEO with a strong track record of leadership growing technology, power services, financial services, and professional services firms. As a former Managing Partner at Ernst & Young, Larry also has broad management consulting experience assisting various multinational and regional companies transform their organizations.  In addition, Larry is an experienced investor working with private equity firms, public and private companies to raise capital, acquire and combine companies to create superior shareholder value.

Greg Windle, Bcomm, MBA

Greg Windle is an accomplished Corporate and Commercial Banker with 25 years of experience in driving growth through strategic market development and relationship management. He currently serves as the Director and National Practice Lead for Franchising and Business Services at CIBC Commercial Banking.  

A trusted advisor to senior corporate executives, Greg is recognized for his expertise in cash flow-based lending and his ability to develop tailored industry-focused financial solutions. His commitment to community engagement is evident through his past board-level involvement with the Burlington Community Foundation and the Art Gallery of Burlington Foundation, as well as his current role as a guest lecturer at the University of Guelph.

Greg holds an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics from the University of Guelph. His dedication to mentorship and talent development has fostered the growth of future leaders in the banking sector. With a proven track record of excellence, Greg continues to influence the landscape of commercial banking in Canada.
